What is collected
The application may include your name, age, city or area, WhatsApp number, social-media username, availability, preferred video types, boundaries and message. For applicants aged 16–17, it also includes a parent or legal guardian’s name and WhatsApp number. If a session proceeds, identity, consent/release, payment and legally required authorisation records may also be collected.
How the form works
The website does not store application form entries. When you submit, it prepares a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp; you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and processes messages under its own privacy terms.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, assess availability and eligibility, plan a safe session, record consent and boundaries, arrange payment, meet legal obligations and handle related disputes. Processing may rely on steps requested before an agreement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating safely and documented consent where required.
Applicants aged 16–17
A parent or legal guardian must be involved. Guardian details are used only to verify approval, discuss safeguards and complete consent or authorisation requirements. No paid filming session with a 16- or 17-year-old proceeds until the required guardian and legal steps are complete.
Sharing and retention
Details are not sold. They may be shared only with service providers or professional advisers where necessary, or with authorities where legally required. Unsuccessful application chats are normally deleted within 90 days. Consent, payment, accounting and legal records may be kept for the period required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
