Participation Terms
These terms explain the basic process. Every selected session also requires a written session agreement covering the exact concept, payment and permitted video use.
Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 16. Anyone aged 16–17 must involve a parent or legal guardian. A minor’s session proceeds only after written guardian consent and any employment, entertainment, safety or filming authorisation required for that arrangement has been completed. Applying does not guarantee selection or create an employment relationship.
Concept and boundaries
The concept, actions, location, estimated duration, clothing expectations and boundaries are discussed before filming. No sexual, secret, humiliating or coercive content is allowed. A participant may reject a concept or stop before filming if the agreed boundaries are not respected.
Payment
The exact amount, payment method and payment timing are confirmed in writing before the session. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made after the completed session. No payment is due for a session that does not take place. Any travel or other expenses must be approved in writing before they are incurred.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please cancel or request a new time on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the session. There is no cancellation fee, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future invitations. If Leo cancels, the session can be rescheduled or ended without obligation; agreed non-refundable expenses will be handled according to the written session agreement.
Consent, editing and publication
No video is published without a signed release identifying the agreed platforms and uses. The release must explain editing, captions, promotion, duration and whether paid advertising is allowed. For a participant aged 16–17, the parent or legal guardian must review and sign. Requests to withdraw or remove content are handled under the signed agreement and applicable law; removal cannot always undo copies or reshares already made by other users.
Safety and conduct
Participants may bring a trusted person. Applicants aged 16–17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian unless another legally compliant arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication, threats or pressure are not accepted. A session may be stopped immediately for safety or boundary concerns.
Platforms and law
This independent project is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Google or YouTube. Platform rules and Italian law apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
